Role: Site Manager (Automotive conveyors) – Contract
location: Texas or Tennessee
Estimated Start Date: May 2021 (Duration 6+ Month)

Our customer based in the United States are actively hiring for a Site Manager to support their activities based in either Texas or Tennessee.

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading the installation and commissioning execution in term of scope, timing, costs, quality and resources up to final acceptance from the customer. The Site Manager will also be the liaison between the project team and manufacturing team for our site activities.

Full Job Description:

* Arrange the site preparation work before site open.
* Manage on site people and control the schedule plan and man hours budget (fixed team and temp team for project) for relevant project activity.
* Arrange and control the internal and external team resource plan, including suppliers.
* Participate in the on-site supplier selection.
* Plan site daily/weekly activities to match the project main timing schedule and support PM to reach the required project milestones.
* Responsible of the assembly in our workshop (if needed, depend on project’s requirement) and integration on customer site until final acceptance as lead for customer buy-off.
* Communicate and cooperate with different relevant departments (engineering, manufacturing, logistics, purchase…).
* Report the status of site activities and report the shop activity status/issues/planning to the PM.
* Communicate with customer for short/long term activity, to set up the relationship with Customer.
* Participate in site meetings with the Customer and suppliers.
* Work with manufacture manager for the solution of the critical technical issues.
* Lead project open issues resolution.
* Assure the development of technical competencies of the site team.
* Be responsible for the site material reception, transport and security (including paperwork).
* Assure the application of the safety standards on customer site.


* Engineering Degree (Technology or Business)

* Required: At least 5 years of experience related to Site Management in the system automation industry or car manufacturing company projects.
* Million Dollar scale projects site management experience.
* Good labor planning and management.
* Valid driving license in USA.
* Ability to communicate clearly verbally, clear concise writing skills.

Must be eligible to work within the United States.
