Instrumentation Engineer – Contract – Austria, Europe – €Negotiable

Our customer based Northern Europe is looking for contract Instrumentation Engineers with previous experience in the Process engineering.

Responsibilities as an Automation Engineer include;
> Design, specification, procurement and commissioning of standard measuring technology, actuators and the necessary transmission links to the process control system
> Preparing technical information and coordinating with other internal and external trades
> Create cost estimates for budgeting and capex process
> Monitor the installed base to further develop the standard
> Managing projects

As an Instrumentation Engineer you will require excellent English verbal and written communication and ideally some knowledge of German language. A minimum 5 years’ experience of successful implementation and management of process automation projects, measuring technology and actuators, metrological principles and electrical signal transmission.

This opportunity as an Instrumentation Engineer is offering a competitive hourly rate paid in Euros. The client is negotiable depending on relevant skills and experience. Length of assignment is dependent on which assignment is available at the time of hire. International travel up to 6 months at a time is essential in this role therefore only candidates who are available to live and work in Europe can be considered at this time.
